Welcome!
If you’ve been carrying a lot for a long time, you probably know it’s rarely just one thing. More often it’s the slow accumulation of stress, responsibility, and experiences that required you to keep going even when it was hard. Over time, the strategies that once helped you survive can start to feel like the only way to move through life.
Many people I work with learned early how to read the room, stay composed, and take care of what others needed. Those skills made sense at the time. But living this way for years can leave you feeling disconnected from your body, your needs, and your sense of self.
Therapy here is not about forcing change or pushing past pain. Instead, we slow down and begin to listen more carefully to what your nervous system has been carrying.
Our work is somatic and parts-informed, grounded in an understanding of how our nervous systems and relationships shape the ways we learn to adapt. We move at the pace of your nervous system, exploring patterns with curiosity and compassion. From there, therapy focuses on reconnecting with yourself and discovering new ways of responding to situations that feel more steady, flexible, and aligned with who you are now.
